Basic Service and Maintenance Plan:
Includes visiting the site twice annually for inspection and preventive maintenance,
plus unlimited phone/email/fax support. Maintenance supplies must be provided by
customer or provided and billed by ANCO.
Service calls requiring site visits other than the twice a year visits will be billed
at 70% of ANCO’s standard rates. Response times will vary depending on site location
but are typically 5 days (USA) and 10 days (world-wide).
Extended Service and Maintenance Plan:
Our Extended Service and Maintenance Plan adds the following to the Basic Service
and Maintenance Plan:
- Discounted labor rates at 50% of ANCO standard.
- Provision of all maintenance supplies.
- On-site retraining of new employees during scheduled visits.
- Expedited on-site response time of 2 days (USA) and 4 days (world-wide)
