Quality Assurance and Certifications

ANCO maintains a QA program according to 10CFR50 Appendix B providing for quality assurance for systems used in nuclear power plants including software used for earthquake testing per the IEEE-344 standard.  This program also covers testing procedures and instrumentation used by ANCO in the field and laboratory when applicable to nuclear power plants.

• ANCO staff has current certification as Civil Professional Engineers in several US States.

• ANCO staff is qualified for welding according to AWS D1.1.

• 70% of ANCO’s engineering staff has advanced MS/PhD degrees.
