Single Axis Sinusoidal Shake Tables

ANCO offers the sinusoidal RSAS model line of tables for economical testing of products on the assembly line or in the test laboratory. Testing may be for transportation-induced vibration, fault detection, stress screening, and durability testing of products and equipment. These electric motor-driven tables offer a less expensive and cleaner alternative to electrodynamic shakers or servo-hydraulic systems when sinusoidal dwell and sweep vibration is desired.

The RSAS Single-Axes Sinusoidal Tables are actuated by PLC or PC-controlled, variable speed drives (VFD) and induction motors. These tables support payloads from 0.01 to 10 tons and have frequency ranges between 1 and 300 Hz. The PLC or PC allows programming sine dwells and sine sweeps, with block cycling if desired. Vertical, horizontal, angular or orbital vibration directions are available. The tables are powered by single or three phase power, and can typically be mounted on existing industrial ground floor concrete slabs. Isolation foundations are also available as an option. The table parameters noted below can be customized to meet individual client needs.
