Basic Maintenance –
Includes visiting the site twice a year for inspection and preventive
maintenance, plus unlimited phone/email/fax support at no labor charge.
Maintenance supplies must be provided by customer, or provided and
billed by ANCO. |

Extended Maintenance –
Adds the following to Basic Maintenance:
Discounted labor rates and discounted parts, plus provision of all
maintenance supplies. Also
includes free ANCO software upgrades and on site training of new employees
during scheduled visits. |
|
Assurance On Call – An
option that can be added to Basic Maintenance or Extended Warranty.
Assures arrival on site within 48 hours (United Stets), 72 hours
(International) at discounted labor rates |
Preventative
Maintenance requires 30 days notice and Includes:
