TELETECH – Remote Technician Tele-Presence
ANCO’s world-wide 24/7 support is implemented in part using electronic tele-presence
via the ANCO TELETECH System.
How does TELETECH work?
1) ANCO provides computers that are equipped with secure remote desktop utilities
that allow us to remotely update and troubleshoot your on-site soft and hardware.
2) ANCO provides a battery-operated wireless web camera/computer tool (shown below)
that can be taken to any equipment trouble spot area. The camera’s image and audio
is directly accessible to a remote ANCO support technician via a secure network port.
These easy-to-use tools allow us to identify images and sounds of our equipment.
We offer fast, real-time resolutions to issues and prepare for any possible on-site
service calls. Using the remote desktop utilities, ANCO also offers software upgrade
services and limited computer support with installed hardware.
TELETECH effectively provides the on-site user with an ANCO technician at his shoulder
in real time.
